One of the most striking works currently on exhibit at the Aquarius Exhibition is “Joy” by Marge Otley –  an oversize  explosion of color and sweeping motion.
Marge describes the inspiration for the painting which is rendered in watercolor and Perma Pencil ( artists’ quality colored pencils.)
